  • Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders, and expenses claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team to optimize workflow and ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing administrative support to the finance department, including maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
  • Assisting the financial management team in compiling financial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring client accounts are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working as a financial admin assistant.
