About the Job

This HR/Admin Associate position requires a highly organized individual to provide administrative support in Human Resources and Admin functions, focusing on recruitment, benefits administration, attendance monitoring, and general office duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and hiring: Source candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
  2. Benefits administration: Process payroll, facilitate government benefits, and manage company benefits.
  3. Attendance monitoring: Track leave credits, prepare DTR inputs, and summarize tardiness and overtime.
  4. Document management: Securely store, file, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  5. Meet deadlines and KPIs: Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet performance expectations.
  6. Office supplies and operations: Manage inventory, purchase supplies, and maintain office cleanliness.
  7. Government reporting: Facilitate completion and submission of required reports and claims.
  8. Occupational Health and Safety: Assist in implementing guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a minimum Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources and administrative services, particularly recruitment and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with travel management, purchasing, and occupational health & safety guidelines is a plus.
  • MS Office proficiency and willingness to learn company-used tech-tools are essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Self-driven, organized, and responsive to requests, with a strong sense of teamwork and adaptability.
  • Availability to work mid-shift and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
