Job Title: Branch Operations Head

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that branch operations adhere to bank policies and procedures.

As Branch Operations Head, you will provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and be accountable for the operational efficiency of the Accounting and Loans Sections.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • Ensure operational efficiency of the Accounting and Loans Sections.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor Degree Holder in any business course, ideally a CPA if accounting graduate.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in branch banking operations.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as Branch Officer.
  • Customer service-oriented and able to support the branch through relationship building with clients.
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
