
Real Estate Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our short- and long-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong understanding of financial management.
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
- Overseeing long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Leading recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
- Preparing financial statements and reports; performing financial analysis; ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Identifying and acquiring profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Driving business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
- Performing administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Stable and fast internet connection.
- No prior experience required.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Optimistic energy and attitude.

- Salary: PHP 35,000-70,000/MONTH
