Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide exceptional administrative support in the real estate industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client databases, generating leads, and conducting outbound sales calls. Your expertise in CRM systems and project management software will enable you to streamline workflows and enhance internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage listing and transaction documents, including uploading listings to multiple real estate boards.
  • Oversee seller and buyer systems, track lead generation, manage lead follow-ups, and handle all administrative tasks.
  • Support email marketing efforts, which may include managing lists and campaigns.
  • Monitor and maintain records of essential project deadlines, including leases, lease renewals, termination letters, expirations, and possession dates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, CRM systems, and project management softwares.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a dynamic setting.
  • 2+ years of experience in Real Estate admin working with North American Real Estate professionals.
