Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Creation: Design and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns across various customer segments, focusing on acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Email Database Management: Manage email databases, including list building, segmentation, and personalization to maximize deliverability and engagement rates.
  • Create Compelling Email Content: Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and HTML templates that align with brand guidelines and drive conversions.
  • Monitor Email Deliverability: Monitor email deliverability, manage sender reputation, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of email marketing or digital marketing experience.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • HTML/CSS Proficiency: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in email marketing metrics and performance optimization.
  • Email Deliverability: Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft engaging email content.
  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
