Job Description

The Digital Experience Strategist will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy, creating and maintaining engaging experiences across all digital platforms.

This includes:

  • Developing a content strategy that aligns with business goals, target audience needs, and brand voice.
  • Crafting compelling narratives that drive loyalty and advocacy through various formats (blog posts, social media, email, etc.).
  • Managing a content calendar to plan, schedule, and track content production and publication.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and subject matter experts to create valuable, insight-driven content.
  • Overseeing content creators/affiliates to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to evaluate impact and continuously improve digital strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in creating and managing digital content.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English with a proven portfolio; strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to written content.
  • Experience managing and growing communities on Instagram, TikTok, and/or Facebook.
  • Creative thinking to translate business goals into compelling narratives.
  • Trend-sensitive, fast-executing, strong communicator, creative judgment; comfortable with creators and data.
