E-commerce Job Description:

The Home-Based Online Store Program Manager is a tactical expert who supports day-to-day operations while having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Use our web interface to build customer E-commerce sites defined in our project definition system.
  2. Maintain and update existing customer E-commerce sites based on online ticketing requests.
  3. Add/updating items, customers, and locations in the PeopleSoft ERP system through the web interface and synchronize this information into the E-commerce system.
  4. Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and other website elements to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in an E-commerce role.
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
