Product Analytics Professional

This is a specialized role focused on analyzing digital product usage to drive informed decisions and maximize customer engagement.

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in defining key metrics, supporting A/B testing, and working with analytics tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts, as well as strong communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

The selected individual will work closely with product teams to embed insights into roadmap and feature decisions, support product strategy with market benchmarking and customer segmentation, and help prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.

  • Analyze user behavior across the product to identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities for growth.
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Perform in-depth analyses on new feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments to optimize performance.
Data Analysis & Instrumentation
  • Partner with engineers and product managers to design and implement data tracking requirements, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Monitor data quality and collaborate with teams to resolve inconsistencies and improve data integrity.
Collaborative Environment
  • Develop clear and concise analysis reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Create actionable dashboards and self-service tools to facilitate data-driven decision making across teams.

QualificationsRequirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics principles.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation, event-based tracking tools, and agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience working in SaaS or B2B product environments, with exposure to various product analytics tools.
