Project Manager Opportunity

About the Role

  • You will serve as the primary liaison overseeing projects at our customer experience centers, acting as the Learning & Development point of contact and responsible for building, managing, and maintaining project documentation on a global scale.
  • Your key responsibilities will include ensuring projects are completed on time and within set parameters, developing plans, establishing project deadlines, assigning functional responsibilities, conducting due diligence, and gathering materials as required.
  • Projects can encompass internal and corporate business level initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining master project documentation.
  • You will partner with internal teams, senior executive level partners, and external clients and vendors to drive success.
  • You will communicate and document program requirements and status to clients, internal team members, and other partners.
  • You will support the deployment, promotion, and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives.
  • You will identify risk and mitigation strategies and escalate when necessary.

About You

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • You must have 2+ years' experience in a project management role leading the deployment of medium to large-scale global projects.
  • You should be comfortable facilitating meetings and effectively completing project plans and deliverables for client-facing, senior, and executive-level management.
  • You should have experience with project management and word processing software, spreadsheet, and flowcharting applications (MS Project, Asana, MS Office, Excel, and Visio).
