About the Role

You will lead projects at our customer experience centers, serving as the primary liaison and point of contact for Learning & Development. Your responsibilities include developing, managing, and maintaining project documentation on a global scale, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage master project documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, senior executive partners, and external clients and vendors
  • Communicate and document program requirements and status to clients, internal team members, and other partners
  • Support the implementation, promotion, and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives
  • Identify risk and implement mitigation strategies, escalating when necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in a project management role leading the deployment of medium to large-scale global projects
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and effectively complete project plans and deliverables for client-facing, senior, and executive-level management
  • Experience with project management software, word processing applications (MS Office), spreadsheet software (Excel), and flowcharting tools (Visio)
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 25% international travel; must have or be able to obtain a valid passport
