Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled System Administrator to oversee the management of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

About the Role: As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks. You will also be involved in documenting activities and generating reports as requested.

  • System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Maintain a proactive approach to system health, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

  • Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular health checks to detect and address service-affecting issues, ensuring proper backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place.

    ">

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all activities and generate periodic performance reports, providing detailed metrics to management as requested.

    ">

  • Incident & Change Management: Execute established procedures for event, incident, and change management, fostering a collaborative team environment.

    ">

  • 24/7 Flexibility: Be prepared to manage responsibilities around the clock, ensuring seamless support and maintenance at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • ">

  • 5—7 years of total experience in system administration and hybrid cloud environments (mid to senior level).

    ">

  • Proven experience with:

    ">
    • ">

    • Azure infrastructure management, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and network services.

      ">

    • Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security policies.

      ">

    • Active Directory (on-prem & Azure Entra ID) with hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, group policies, and SSO.

      ">

    • Strong background in business-critical software support (ideally financial/tax/accounting systems).

  • Can start ASAP or within 30 days.
