Job Title: Paid Search Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and others.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy planning, and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Write effective ad copy aligned with brand voice and optimized for performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search campaign management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and relevant campaign management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive ROI-positive results.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
