Job Overview

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, escalating and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Develop knowledge base articles and training materials to enhance customer experience.
  • Mentor junior engineers and handle escalations with urgency and professionalism.
