Remote Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support professional to join our team as a remote technical support consultant. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails, resolving inquiries of varying difficulties and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role, and a strong understanding of networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking) and cybersecurity principles. They will also have basic knowledge of CRM systems, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve complex technical issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
