We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Operations Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience Level: Minimum 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food & beverage industry.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including familiarity with product upload, optimization, and reporting tools.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques to support product awareness and sales.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Adaptability: Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new skills across different operational areas in a startup environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
