Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily
  • Use search and productivity tools to verify contact information
  • Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to address customer objections effectively
  • Document and track feedback and measurements through surveys, calls, and emails
  • Capture customer expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and potential abandonment - 'Voice of the Customer'
  • Address customer concerns through appropriate communication channels
  • Collaborate with teams and management to promote positive customer experiences

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service
  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals
  • Experience in high-volume calling
  • Ability to learn new technology and data quickly
  • Process orientation and ability to follow call scripts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to work from home
