Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and overseeing data, processes, and controls to ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

This role supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with sales, sales finance, accounting, and other business teams to provide reporting, analysis, and strategic insights that drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  3. Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
  4. Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  5. Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly.
  6. Maintain sales compensation documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence.
  7. Collaborate with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions.
  8. Document and maintain processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual commission accounting tasks and audits.
  9. Design and develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to support fact-based business decisions.
  10. Provide ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.
  11. Partner with Finance teams on accruals, reporting, and operating cadence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Creates complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintains exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Engages and communicates confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
