Job Title: Data Configuration SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Configuration Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data and have a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and Maintain Data Systems: Ensure that all data systems are accurately configured and maintained to meet business needs.
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Verify that all data entry is accurate, complete, and consistent.
  • Support Customers and Teams: Provide timely support to customers and teams on all aspects of implementations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data review, project updates, and other ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with HRIS and Payroll Systems: Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is a plus.
