Job Title: HR and Office Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Office Admin Assistant to join our team at Eteam Workforce Private Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including processing benefits and tasks for government agencies.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in an HR/Admin position.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Driven team player who can work independently.
  • Can handle multiple deliverables and tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Relevant experience in processing benefits and tasks for government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG, and LGU.
