Recruitment Lead Position

This is a highly sought-after role that requires an individual to oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing interviews and ensuring seamless job offers are made to top talent.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in hiring requirements of banking/financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or other related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
  • Should be willing to be assigned in Ortigas Area

Requirements:
