About This Role

The Software Engineer, Platform is a critical position within our organization, focusing on the development and maintenance of robust APIs. These APIs encompass both public TTS services and internal functionalities such as Payment, Subscription, Auth, and Consumption Tracking.

This key role requires an individual with proven experience in backend development, particularly with TypeScript/Node. Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers are also essential.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and developing APIs that align with business requirements and scalability needs.
  • Overseeing the entire backend API landscape, ensuring its enhancement and optimization for performance and maintainability.
  • Collaborating on B2B solutions to cater to customization and integration needs for enterprise clients.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between backend architecture and overall product strategy and user experience.
