Senior Quality Assurance Lead

You will lead our quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Maintaining scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable by monitoring automation test coverage and execution results.
  • Preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation by reviewing test results and quality metrics.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Mentoring QA engineers and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
