Technical Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Technical Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in our marketing assets, automations, and AI-powered deliverables.

Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review and validate hundreds of marketing tasks per day, ensuring that every ad, automation, SEO audit, web link, and AI content meets our performance-ready and on-brand standards.

You will work closely with our team to maintain our high-output pace while upholding the quality and integrity of our work. Your expertise in QA, project coordination, virtual assistance, or digital marketing will enable you to identify areas for improvement and suggest proactive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously review and validate marketing assets, including Meta Ads, GoHighLevel automations, Zapier workflows, Google Business Profiles, local SEO elements, and web assets.
  • Ensure AI-generated content is clear, grammatically correct, tone-appropriate, compliant, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Follow detailed SOPs and checklists precisely, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Document issues using annotated screenshots and structured QA reporting.
  • Contribute to internal QA metrics, audits, and performance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extreme attention to detail: You catch what others miss and think critically about root causes.
  • Fast and accurate: You move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong written English: Clear, concise, and client-ready when necessary.
  • Prior experience in QA, project coordination, virtual assistance, or digital marketing.
  • Comfortable using tools like Asana, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets/Docs.

Bonus Points For:

  • Background in marketing operations, digital QA, or SEO/GBP optimization.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs.
  • Experience working in a high-volume agency or tech-enabled marketing environment.
  • Prior exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or AI prompt QA.
