Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating and analyzing customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores.

  • Evaluate and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior
  • Develop and maintain accurate reports on quality metrics and performance indicators
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience
