Job Summary:
KABALIKAT SA HANAPBUHAY MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be working closely with our suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of merchandise. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in managing inventory levels and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and track shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and updating our inventory management system accordingly
- Identify and address any discrepancies or damage to merchandise upon arrival
- Prepare orders for shipment, including packing and labeling materials as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts and dispatches
- Collaborate with our purchasing team to negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
