Key Responsibilities:Project Execution: Oversee and manage logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.Operational Performance Analysis: Analyze logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance, project progress, and operational metrics.Coordination: Work closely with various departments and external partners to streamline logistics processes and resolve issues.Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in logistics operations.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during logistics processes.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics Management or a similar field.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge:Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.Experience in project management and performance analysis.Additional Requirements:Ability to coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.Willingness to work overtime as needed.
