We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Time and Absence Consultant. As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to architect, configure, and test Workday solutions that meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, with deep knowledge of Absence and Time Tracking
  • Lead the design and configuration of Workday solutions, ensuring successful deployment and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, and develop prototype systems to demonstrate configurations
  • Mentor junior consultants and share expertise to foster the development of other team members
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, and collaborate effectively with team members to address complex tasks and requirements
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices, and ensure ongoing satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus
