Expert Workday Absence and Time Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Absence and Time Consultant to provide expertise in the deployment of Workday solutions. As a consultant, you will be responsible for architecting, configuring, and testing the system to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced knowledge and skills in Workday Payroll product suite, with experience and knowledge of Absence & Time Tracking
  • Lead the gathering and documentation of client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
  • Work with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist integration consulting teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively, and work synergistically on team-based projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more areas: Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
