Workday Certified Time and Absence Experts design, configure and test Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of clients. With years of experience in all phases of Workday deployment life cycle, our team ensures successful implementation.

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant who will lead the following activities as part of a deployment team:

  • Foster the development of other consultants by sharing expertise
  • Suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively

The ideal candidate has:

  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • PASSION for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously is a plus
  • Expected travel is +/-30% depending on project
