Marketing Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining a large portfolio of online business profiles and social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, schedule, and manage digital campaigns across various platforms.
  • Perform campaign analytics and reporting using data analysis tools.
  • Support SEO and content optimization strategies across web and social platforms.
  • Update and modify websites using HTML and light web coding as needed.
  • Assist with e-commerce content, promotions, and product updates on Shopify.
  • Assist with general tasks on Go High Level, SMS & large email marketing platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing with proven knowledge of Google platforms (SEO, Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Familiarity with Shopify and social media marketing tools.
  • Competency in website editing and HTML.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and all major Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay proactive.
