Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished digital marketing professional to lead our online presence. This role involves driving paid search campaigns, conducting in-depth keyword analysis, and implementing SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings.
  • Promote local SEO and referral links to build authority of divisional webpages.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
  • Maintain and administer WordPress websites, including theme and plugin updates, content management, and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fire and life safety industry.
  • Expertise in WordPress site management, including content updates, webpage creation, plugins, and site maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and WordPress.
  • In-depth knowledge of onsite and offsite SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
