Job Description

This role oversees the administration of loans to farmers and ensures compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Lead a team in handling over 1,000 loan applications annually.

  • Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of loan applications and ensure timely submission to partner banks.

  • Develop and implement systems for tracking loan application progress and resolving bottlenecks or errors.

  • Establish quality control measures to validate loan documents and application information.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between organizations, partner banks, LGUs, and internal teams regarding loan documentation and processing requirements.

  • Provide guidance and training to staff on maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with banking processes, LGU partnerships, and agricultural lending programs is essential. Experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or in data privacy compliance is highly valued.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Legal Management, Information Management, or related field.

  • A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Data Protection Officer, Compliance Management) is advantageous.

  • At least 2 years' supervisory or managerial experience leading a team.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
