Product Innovation Manager

We are seeking a Product Innovation Manager to drive the development of our supplement products. This individual will be responsible for gathering customer feedback and leveraging it to inform product decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry, as well as a strong understanding of customer behavior and survey methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Insight Gathering: Develop strategies to collect and analyze customer feedback from surveys, reviews, and direct calls
  • Product Optimization: Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
