Accounting Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to manage core financial operations, optimize processes and support automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain accurate journal entries in compliance with U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports through reconciliations and schedules.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes ensuring timely vendor payments.
  • Accurately record and reconcile cash and credit card transactions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Extensive experience with NetSuite and successful book closing experience for U.S.-based entities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulae, pivot tables and data analysis.
