Job Title: Enterprise IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain our core technology systems, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding of users. As a key member of the IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support across various franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with administration of core tech systems, including Google Workspace setup and configuration
  • Advise and optimize technology for a real estate franchise company
  • Gain valuable experience in real estate tech and contribute to organizational growth

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to support both onsite and remote users with complex technical issues
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Non-Negotiable Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and technical support/help desk operations
  • Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo is beneficial
