Growth Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and scale initiatives that attract top founders in Southeast Asia.

About the Role

The Growth Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives - products, programs, or creative ideas - that draw founders to our organization. Key responsibilities include creating new initiatives, growing and scaling successful ones, and discontinuing underperforming projects.

Key Qualifications
  • Create Initiatives: Develop new initiatives with little limitation on format or scope.
  • Grow Initiatives: Expand and improve initiatives post-launch.
  • Scale Initiatives: When successful, iterate and build teams to scale the initiatives.
  • Kill Initiatives: Discontinue initiatives that do not show growth, with a clear rationale.

We're looking for a versatile generalist who can operate at multiple levels, from strategy to daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be data-driven, resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity.
