This senior financial analyst will be responsible for owning and overseeing data, processes, and controls ensuring accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate quarterly compensation workbooks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely results.
  • Manage end-to-end company-wide compensation processes, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive information securely, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, providing positive employee experiences.

We seek an experienced financial analyst with strong analytical skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or finance-related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
