The compensation package for this role includes a salary of Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 (negotiable), providing a competitive remuneration for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional customer care and tailoring solutions for esteemed clients of commercial banking. You will comply with banking regulations while identifying and meeting the needs of your consumers, both present and future. Your primary point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across multiple commercial banking product categories. You will collaborate with stakeholders to address client issues effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess at least 2-3 years of call center experience, be open to working in a shifting schedule, and be willing to attend face-to-face interviews when requested. Additionally, they should be amenable to on-site training and hybrid work arrangements.
