Success Advocate

Sophos is committed to delivering superior cybersecurity outcomes and facilitating the cross-sell and upsell of services and products. We are seeking a Success Advocate to join our Customer Success Organization.
This role will involve partnering with customers to build a joint plan for success, maintaining a detailed understanding of customer's business to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and adoption of Sophos technology.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in customer success roles, with additional experience in customer support, sales, or business development being a plus. They will be able to translate customer issues and needs into business or solution requirements, and understand how organizations measure value.
