We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the real estate industry.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting rent payments from tenants, ensuring prompt resolution of any payment issues, and maintaining accurate records. They will also engage with tenants via phone, email, or messaging platforms to discuss payment issues, establish payment plans, and provide assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Rent Collection: Initiate and follow up on rent payment reminders to ensure tenants are aware of their payment due dates.
  2. Communication: Collaborate with tenants to resolve disputes or questions related to their rent payments or leases.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all rent payments, payment plans, and communication logs in our property management system.
  4. Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding outstanding payments, collection efforts, and tenant interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in rent collection, property management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software or databases is a plus.
