We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent work-from-home position where you will assist the Compliance team member in meeting their responsibilities to maintain current laws, procedures, and guidelines for assigned states. You will also be responsible for drafting documents in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research payor guidelines and summarize data.
  • Review and update assigned fee schedules as required.
  • Assist in the process of looking for information (internal resources, websites, etc.) and saving it on file.
  • Respond to email queries with correct and precise information.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of college education
  • At least 2 years experience in a medical practice dealing with billing, including provider credentialing, authorizations, reimbursement, etc.
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word.
