Job Opportunity

You will assist the Compliance team member to meet their responsibilities in maintaining current laws, procedures, and guidelines for all assigned states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and gather information from internal resources and websites determining its applicability and saving it for future reference.
  • Summarize payor guidelines and data.
  • Respond to queries with accurate and precise information.
  • Review and update assigned fee schedules as required.
  • Maintain spreadsheets.

Assist in drafting documents in a timely and professional manner meeting client expectations and delivering high-quality results. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies adhering to strict standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years experience in medical billing including provider credentialing authorizations reimbursement etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Able to plan prioritize tasks to meet deadlines under pressure maintaining a calm professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office software proficiency.
