About the Role:- This position involves providing technical support to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate will also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate to senior members of the technical team as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
