About the Role

This position involves providing top-notch support to customers via live chat and tickets, ensuring their technical challenges are resolved seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web hosting fundamentals and be proficient in various tools such as content management platforms, hosting control panels, and customer support platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to customers, troubleshooting complex issues and simplifying them into actionable steps for customers of all skill levels.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Hostinger product updates, services, features, and the latest web hosting technologies to provide accurate support.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to different teams or projects that enhance the customer experience based on evolving customer and organizational needs.

Requirements
  • Languages: Fluent English (C1 or native) written and spoken.
  • Experience: Customer support in tech or SaaS environments, ideally through live chat, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer-focused solutions.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts, and proficiency with various tools.
