Job Title: Social Media Content Associate

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Content Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging ad creatives that drive conversions and fuel the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal teams to brief and request creative assets for paid campaigns across multiple platforms including TikTok, Meta, Google, and more.
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily, ensuring high-quality and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes, leveraging your expertise in paid advertising and data analysis to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives, staying ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep ads relevant and engaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate quickly to ensure continuous success.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing, with a proven track record of producing high-quality UGC-led video ads.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert, including a keen eye for performance metrics such as CTR, engagement, and conversion.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative streams simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
