Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative social media professional to lead the development of strategic digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create, manage, and execute impactful social media initiatives across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
    • Oversee multiple social media accounts for numerous brands, crafting compelling content to ensure consistent delivery.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations to inform future strategy.
    • Stay current with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues to align with organic department strategies (SEO & Blogs, etc).

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing and strategizing social media campaigns within the beauty or medical industry.
  • A creative mind with a talent for developing engaging content that sparks conversations and fosters community engagement.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for optimal results.
  • Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and the ability to adapt to emerging trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
