Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Creative Marketing Visual Content Specialist to join our team of professionals. As a Creative Marketing Visual Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and creative assets that support marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong design background, keen eye for detail, and ability to transform concepts into visually compelling content. They should have 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work across digital platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing team to align creative output with campaign goals and brand guidelines. Your responsibilities will include designing digital assets for ads, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials, editing and producing videos tailored for marketing and advertising campaigns, leveraging AI ad creation tools to develop creative and engaging ad content, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual and video assets, and managing multiple projects and delivering within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design digital assets for ads, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Edit and produce videos tailored for marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Leverage AI ad creation tools to develop creative and engaging ad content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative output with campaign goals and brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all visual and video assets
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or Video Editor
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work across digital platforms
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve)
  • Familiarity with AI ad creation tools is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of social media advertising and digital marketing design best practices
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver polished, professional work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliable internet connection and personal hardware suitable for remote work

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
