Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Amazon account manager who knows FBA inside out and thrives on accountability. This role involves end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings, managing shipments from creation to successful delivery, conducting daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance, responding to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication, handling refunds, replacements, and resolving negative feedback, analyzing negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommending solutions, monitoring account health & performance metrics, fixing issues before they escalate, resolving stranded inventory issues to maximize sales, and providing general account health and maintenance support.

This is a full-time remote staffing role for one of our internal companies, which specializes in helping brands grow on Amazon. The company offers expert support to optimize advertising campaigns, enhance visibility, and drive growth through strategic, data-driven solutions. We are focused on e-commerce and digital marketing, delivering tailored solutions to ensure clients succeed on the Amazon platform in a collaborative environment.


Responsibilities
  • End-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
  • Manage shipments from creation to successful delivery.
  • Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
  • Handle refunds, replacements, and resolve negative feedback.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor account health & performance metrics, fixing issues before they escalate.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
  • Provide general account health and maintenance support.

Requirements
  • 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
