Marketing professionals, we're seeking an exceptional candidate to spearhead our ad creative production pipeline. As Advertising/Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of this engine, ensuring velocity and on-time delivery without sacrificing detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee ad concept development from beginning to media buyer handoff.
  • Track production details across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain meticulous quality control on all creative assets, identifying compliance or brand guideline issues and escalating for clarification when necessary.
  • Organize and make accessible repositories for creative assets and affiliate documentation.
  • Manage creator relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, platform setup, and campaign management.
  • Deliver weekly reports highlighting winning and losing creators, concepts, and hooks, collaborating with media buyers for in-depth insights.
Requirements
  • A-track record of delivering exceptional results under demanding timelines and demonstrating extreme ownership of outcomes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination/project management at a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or wellness brand, with early-stage experience being a plus.
  • Proven history of managing creative pipelines and meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Hands-on expertise with paid social, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop, including working with freelance creators.
  • Proficiency with agile product management systems like Linear, along with experience using agile methodology.
  • Basic analytics skills and familiarity with key paid social advertising metrics.
  • Excellent written communication and experience with Linear or similar project management tools.
  • Availability during USA working hours.
